The Premiere P Cushion provides advanced postural support, pelvic stability, and pressure redistribution for wheelchair users with complex seating needs. It helps maintain a balanced sitting position while improving comfort throughout the day. The cushion combines high-quality materials with an anatomically contoured design to deliver reliable positioning and long-term support.
The cushion is ideal for people who need improved pelvic alignment and greater lateral stability. It also suits users who require pressure relief around the coccyx and sacral area. The supportive design helps reduce unwanted movement and encourages a more stable sitting posture during everyday activities.
High-density closed-cell lateral foam inserts provide firm pelvic support. They help keep the pelvis in a neutral position and improve overall stability. A pre-ischial shelf supports the pelvis and encourages better posture. Lateral adductor build-ups improve lower limb alignment and help keep the legs correctly positioned.
A posterior cut-out reduces pressure beneath the coccyx and sacrum. This helps protect vulnerable areas during prolonged sitting. The extra-soft SunMate FRG viscoelastic foam topper moulds to the user’s body and spreads pressure across a larger surface area. This increases comfort while helping to reduce peak pressure beneath the pelvis.
The Premiere P includes a breathable Coolcore® cover that regulates temperature and manages moisture. This helps keep the user cool, dry, and comfortable throughout the day. The durable construction provides dependable performance for everyday wheelchair use and supports long-term clinical seating.
