Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website www.arbmobility.co.uk , you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

ARB Mobility Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice and all such changes will take effect at their discretion.

ARB Mobility Ltd reserves the right to alter or change the prices on any order forms or website publications at any time without notice.

ARB Mobility Ltd reserves the right to alter or revoke, with informing clients, of any orders placed with incorrect pricing, and to revise the website pricing and order forms shown without notice in line with the provision of pricing supplied by manufacturers of the products.

When the products being supplied are bespoke and unique to clients the published pricing is a starting from price, showing the price at which the minimum the product showed is purchasable. To get a price of the product suitable for your individual requirements, please contact alex@arbmobility.co.uk

ARB Mobility Ltd reserves the right to alter or change any pricing or order forms shown on the website at any time without notice. The prices provided by manufacturers changes routinely and ARB Mobility Ltd will strive to update the start from pricing and order forms within a reasonable timescale without notice

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. To ensure that we can provide items at the VAT exempt price you will need to either complete a declaration form which must be signed and returned to us. Or declare that you are eligible for VAT exemption (if ordering online)

Items that are not of a personal nature and that have not been custom-made or customised to your requirements can be returned for exchange or a refund within 14 days of receipt. Any costs involved in returning any products will be met by you unless the items are damaged or faulty when received.

The items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, items that are of a personal nature cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

Items that are bespoke and or custom made or otherwise customised cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

When deposits are made for custom goods, the deposit is non-refundable.

Postage, packaging, or any other shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is being returned because it is faulty.

Faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, complete and, wherever possible, with the original packaging. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty or damaged if reasonable care of the product has not been taken, or where instructions relating to the use of the product have not been followed or where the damage caused to the product is due to wear and tear or misuse.

My broken elderly Rollator was soon sorted and back in use again. It's such a 'find' to have someone who can mend things. They are knowledgeable and in tune with all manner of mobility issues and have a well stocked showroom catering for a broad range of needs. The scooter we chose and ordered was available for us to collect within 48 hours, all set up and ready to go. I was looking at getting a top of the range power wheelchair with an NHS voucher and top up. Alex arranged a home visit with the company, they were both friendly but professional and personable, as a disabled female, it can be quite daunting to have two men come to your home but I can hand on heart say what lovely chaps! Together they talked me through the benefit of this wheelchair but also any cons. I was in the process of arranging the money when Alex contacted me to say an ex demo one was available. It was a few £k cheaper but it was almost brand spanking new and would be modified FOC to my specs. Alex and the supplier came to adjust it to me on delivery and made sure I was happy with controls, how it worked and that everything was comfortable before they left.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex and the team are very local to us and he is a great guy to help out when needed. My wife and I are relatively new to this scooter business but in a short time we have found that there seems to be quite a few unreliable suppliers online with very poor customer service. That is the opposite of what we have experienced with Alex and we don't mind paying a bit extra compared to online when we get such kind, reliable service.
