Who needs to buy online? I can't praise this fantastic local business highly enough for the exceptional customer service they provide. Alex and Hailey are both very helpful, friendly and honest. The setting up of the insurance and added extras are most appreciated. Many thanks, I will highly recommend you to others.Posted on Google
Ness and Barry HillExcellent Customer Service from Alex, Hayley and Mike at ARB Mobility. They couldn't have done more to help me. My broken elderly Rollator was soon sorted and back in use again. It's such a 'find' to have someone who can mend things. They are knowledgeable and in tune with all manner of mobility issues and have a well stocked showroom catering for a broad range of needs. The scooter we chose and ordered was available for us to collect within 48 hours, all set up and ready to go. We can't thank them enough for all their help and can thoroughly recommend ARB Mobility of Ruishton to anyone who needs any of theirmobilPosted on Google

Raymond McIntoshARB are a family company who care for their customers. Since having bought my mobility scooter they have been first class at helping with advice and dealing with any problems I have. I would recommend them as 1st class and very prompt.Posted on Google
Zahari BrimacombeAbsolutely brilliant!! Alex was fantastic! I was looking at getting a top of the range power wheelchair with an NHS voucher and top up. Alex arranged a home visit with the company, they were both friendly but professional and personable, as a disabled female, it can be quite daunting to have two men come to your home but I can hand on heart say what lovely chaps! Together they talked me through the benefit of this wheelchair but also any cons. I was in the process of arranging the money when Alex contacted me to say an ex demo one was available. It was a few £k cheaper but it was almost brand spanking new and would be modified FOC to my specs. Alex and the supplier came to adjust it to me on delivery and made sure I was happy with controls, how it worked and that everything was comfortable before they left. Alex, you’re an absolute legend!Posted on Google
David HawkinsIt was clear from the outset that ARB Mobility had an impressive, wide range of mobility scooters on offer, and in a very short time identified a scooter that suited my needs. The proprietors were kind, courteous and above all, friendly. Sterling all round service! I would most certainly recommend this company. Thank you.Posted on Google

MichaelAlex and the team are very local to us and he is a great guy to help out when needed. My wife and I are relatively new to this scooter business but in a short time we have found that there seems to be quite a few unreliable suppliers online with very poor customer service. That is the opposite of what we have experienced with Alex and we don't mind paying a bit extra compared to online when we get such kind, reliable service.Posted on Google
GavinARB Mobility provided and fitted a stairlift for my Father. They were fast, efficient, polite and left the house clean and tidy. Thanks, Alex it has made a real difference to Dad.Posted on Google
Mick. ChinnockWe needed a mobility scooter and wheelchair but we didn’t know which ones would be most suitable. Alex was very helpful in helping us decide on the best options and we are pleased that we have bought from him. Wonderful service and no hard sell - he was just trying to do the best for us. Thanks Alex.
