Available in both standard and heavy-duty models, it accommodates a wide range of users. The HD version features a 20″ seat width and dual cross brace for extra strength and support.
The chair’s half-folding backrest makes transport and storage simple. Meanwhile, the full-length armrests with upholstered pads ensure lasting comfort during extended use. The durable nylon seat and back are easy to wipe clean, making it perfect for both everyday and occasional use.
With large 30cm (12″) puncture-proof rear wheels, the Expedition Plus Wheelchair glides smoothly over most surfaces while remaining low maintenance. Attendant-friendly cable brakes provide reliable speed control and lock securely for safe parking. Two stepper tubes at the rear help caregivers raise the front wheels for tackling kerbs and small steps with ease.
Additionally, the quick-release swing-away footrests make transferring in and out of the chair safe and convenient. A lap belt is included for extra security during use.
