8 MPH MOBILITY SCOOTERS

8mph scooters are class 3 mobility scooters meaning they are road legal. They need to be registered with the DVLA but do not need to be insured- although it is recommended to do so.  They usually include a high to low switch which allows you to change from pavement use of 4mph to road legal setting of 8mph. Robustly designed for longer journeys, they have a battery range of up to 30 miles.
