POWER ASSIST DEVICES

Power assist devices are attachments that can be added to a manual wheelchair to transform it into an electric powered device, enabling the user to go further and take on many different terrains. They come in different forms, some are very discrete and fit onto your wheels or onto the underside of your chair. Others attach to the front, lifting your front castors off the ground, turning your chair into a trike. They are very easy to attach and remove for transportation.
