Simple to attach, the Empluse F55 converts your manual chair into a powered device to give you the freedom to explore further without putting a strain on your body. Perfect, if you usually self propel but find you tire throughout the day or on longer journeys.
The Empulse F55 comes in two different wheel sizes, 8.5" and 14"
8.5"-City Companion, solid drive wheel, is perfect for maneuvering around tight indoor spaces thanks to its small turning circle. The city companion is also great at taking around urban environments such as pavements and shopping centers.
If your looking for something that can easily maneuver indoors yet manage tougher terrains with ease, then the 14" pneumatic drive wheel is the one. Still with a great, compact turning circle, the 14" drive wheel is easily capable on terrains such as parks and canals.
Thanks to its compact size the F55 weighs just 9kg once dismantled and can be stored neatly away in the boot of the car should you want to explore further afield. Its also ship and airplane friendly for taking on those big adventures.
With a range of 25km (15.5miles) and adjustable speeds of up to 9 mph there'll be no stopping you!
To make your drive as easy as possible the F55 is fitted with an LCD display control panel, cruise control, forward and reverse and a smooth electric brake.
The Empulse F55 can be fitted to a whole host of wheelchair makes and models, whether you have rigid or folding frame, fixed front or swing aways.
