Quickies Nitrum is the lightest adjustable aluminium rigid framed wheelchair on the market at just 7.5kg and 4.9kg lifting weight.
Sculpted with 7020 aluminium and heat-treated using patented ShapeLoc technology, the tubing is thinner and lighter without any sacrifice to its strength.
Ther are over 2800 configuration and adjustments available including footrest position, seat heights, and castor height and angle, ensuring a customised fit that can adapt to changing requirements.
The Nitrum features integrated LED lights, particularly useful when going out at night or early morning. The battery pack can be removed for charging when not in use.
A 'hybrid' version of the Nitrum is also available. Weighing 3.5kg heavier that the regular Nitrum it has a weight capacity of 140kg and features a dual-tubed frame for enhanced rigidity. This is also a great option if you are planning on using your Nitrum almost exclusively with a power add-on as it is able to cope with the extra weight thanks to the stronger 'hybrid' frame.
Fully customisable with upgrades such as Spinergy wheels, Schwalbe tyres and Ellipse hand-rims as well as a range of carbon upgrades such as side-guards, footplates, axle and castors that keep the wheelchair weight as low as possible.
Available in a choice of 32 frame colours and a wide range of accents and highlights.
